I have used Format Factory for a while. However, I absolutely DESPISE that fact that it installs two unwanted products - the QUICKSTORES TOOLBAR and the ASK TOOLBAR (and sets my browser Home page to "Ask", ironically without "asking"). Neither of these are needed to run Format Factory, and they were installed without any prompts (to option to NOT install). My final verdict - Format Factory is simple with plenty of supported audio and video formats, and is fairly stable. But if you install it, you will likely want to do several things things: 1) Uninstall the Ask Toolbar from Control Panel (also check your browser Add-Ons) 2) Uninstall the QuickStores Toolbar (also from Control Panel, also check your browser Add-Ons) 3) Reset your HOME page on you browser (affects both IE and Firefox
