I have been looking for a converter with ease-of-use and support for multiple formats [why are they so many? Why don't they standardize device specific formats?]. I tried at least 9 of them converters, but one thing or the other was lacking. I hate technicalities and complications. I also hate when I am told that such-n-such codec is not installed. In Format Factory 2.2, I found the comfort and ease that I dreamt of. Everything from Installation to conversion was easy with a few minor hicks that I could tackle without going through Help! Help doesn't explain errors and the solution. Some links on the masthead are annoying but I understand they are unavoidable. Thanks to all of you who have produced such a marvellous tool at no cost to the user.
